Cecilia Margarita Baena Guzmán 1. She was born in Cartagena october 10 of 1986 . 2. she is daughter of EUGENIO BAENA AND RUTH GUZMAN 3. when he was five year old, he entered the skating school of the bolivar league   4. In 2000 he began to prepare for the United States Cup.      5.was world champion six times in the top category of in line skating.  6. She was champion of Central America and the Caribbean in Mayagüez 2010 .
